I would like to write down my insights for future reference.

 

Today is 19 June End of Market.

 

Firstly, my alert came from a technical analysis alert.

 

There has been consolidation of this stock at 0.01 level and today's

close resulted in a hammer formation which is a bullsih signal at the

valley of the recent rally.

The day before, the stock tried to make a run upwards but failed. This

adds on to the bullishness.

American bulls give it a buy-if. To be confirmed on Monday, should

monday experience a high demand.

 

SECONDLY, FUNDAMENTAL views.

 

IGNT is expected to succeed with their latest canula which is cheaper

at $4.75 than average and has an added advantage of a flow meter that

no other canula has.

 

It has increased its inital order which is a positive sign that there

is high demand expectation.

 

My predicted revenue is a conservative $100mln, half of what their CEO

expects.

 

This Canula has to be replaced forthnightly which translate to high

turnover. And they are reimbursable by medicare, so there is no

obstacles that hinder IGNT.

 

A buyout is possible using the valuation the CEO expects at $200mln

revenue.

 

Let's just talk about the $100mln revenue. With expected trading to be

3X the revenue, and outstanding shares at 520mln. $300mln / 520mln =

$0.577

 

Now, you do realise how undervalued INGEN is?

 

With Technical analysis saying BUY, and fundamental analysis saying

undervalued, I think it is no mistake to purchase this stock at this

level.

 

Should the shorters further short this stock, average it, and buy at

lower price.

 

Now I am looking forward to purchase 1mln shares of this at a cheap

price of only $9000.

 

My target level is the conservative $100mln revenue, hence $0.577,

while their CEO estimate of $250mln revenue, translates to $1 ++.

Hopefully the CEO is right, and I will finally see $1mln in my life.
